    diet and exercise. way much better than drugs.

    Lifestyle changes: diet and exercise plus meditation etc.
    will be the biggest change. of course i dont’ know if there’s money there…

    According to the news on radio, inhalants are being reviewed and are introducing those who wish to participate free for their trial period and had a toll free number aired, but I didn’t write down that information, but perhaps the diabetes association my have more info on that.
