PCOS Insulin Resistant, change of diet, please help!?

I was diagnosed with PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) early last year. So in order for me to get pregnant I have to get fertility treatment, but they were not successful and I didn’t go all the way, due to insurance. Anyway, recently I started eating healthier like, no sugars and bad carbs in my diet. But I haven’t had a bowel movement in over 3 days. And I wanted to know is that because of the change of diet? For those who don’t know what PCOS is its actually the number one reason why some women are infertile. It causes polyps in the ovaries and uterus. I don’t have diabetes but I did crave alot of starchy foods and sweets due to the syndrome. So now I am trying to lose weight in hoping I will get pregnant soon.
