I wish more young people would here that so that so that stop drinking Coke and eating unhealthy.
If you have high blood pressure, you might want to try going you on a drug called Altace. It dilates the blood vessels. Even if you don’t have high blood pressure, it might help you. If it dilates one blood vessel, it dilates them all.
Also, walk every day, but I’m sure you already been doing that.
