no i dont think there is a way of faking that. its very hard to fake the diebetic cells in your blood, and no coke wont do aything to alter your tests… it will jjust make you hyper abit.. good luck.

coke wouldn’t do anything its normal for people to drink that much coke. That is pretty insensitive to people who really have the diabetes. That’s hope you never really have to do with it, now that would be ironic.

Why on earth would you want to do that? I know people with diabetes and believe me, it’s not something you would want to have.

first, why would you want people to think you have diabetes?
That is so insensitive to people that do have it. It’s a life long struggle that people die of every day
and i don’t think there is a way to fake a blood test so that it comes up that you have diabetes
