Do Blood Tests Hurt when you are getting tested for Diabetes?

My mom said i am eating too much sweats
We went to the doctor today for a check up and after we were done my mom said i have to get a blood test
its in a week and i feel like throwing up just thinking about it
Does it hurt alot? because people are saying its just like someone pinching you

IM SO SCARED IM ONLY 14!

    no. you’ve had shots before I would bet. It’s no worse. Just look away . You’ll be fine.

    It’s not that bad. It’s a blood test, they will draw blood from your arm and ask for a urine sample

    Hey, remember your last vaccination?? it hurts way less than that!! It might be a small tiny pinch, but that is all.

    I used to get the blood draw once a year for my cosmetology license. Now it is every 3 months, because I am diabetic.

    I call the phlebotomists funny names and we all laugh. There is Miss Leech, Miss Blood Sucker, and Mr. Vampire. They are all so nice and gentle with how they stick in the needle to draw the blood.

    A "phlebotomist" is a person who is specialized in drawing blood! (flee bottom ist) They work hard at being able to draw blood and not hurt anyone while they are doing it.

    Honey, don’t worry at all about this. It is less hurt than you would get in your sewing class!!!

    have you ever biten by an ant or mosquito? it’s just like that. No pain more than those.nothing to be scared about it.

    it won’t hurt much, its a little pinch (not even) when they put a tiny neddle in after that its no pain at all, the whole procedure will take less than a minute.

    nothing to be worried abut
