    As far as ethnicity, hispanics are the highest risk group. In addition those with poor diet and/or those with diabetes in the family are also candidates. In addition, stress impacts some patients and they can develop Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Hope this helps…………..

    Diabetes is not limited to one group anyone can have Diabetes. If one of your parents or brother or sister has it there’s a good chance that you will develope Diabetes.
