Am I at risk for diabetes?

I am 21 years old, I am a boy, I am 5′ 6", and I weigh 105 lbs. and my measurements are 35-24-36. I believe my body produces proper insulin and no one in my family has diabetes and I am white, and I never smoke or use drugs. I sometimes drink on the occasion, and I also know my body produces very little testosterone, but I had my hormone levels checked and I have much higher levels of estrogen, and I’m not sure if hormones can be a risk factor. But, I am fine, with my hormonal structure, I have more estrogen, rather than testosterone, which was like the same when I was 12, and I am 21 and I look about that age, maybe 13-14. I constantly look at myself in the mirror every morning and I am hardly aging at all and I am retaining my boyish glow and beautiful face.
I eat very lightly and walk lightly inside about 1 hr. each day while listening to my iPod. I am a vegetarian, and I never eat fast food and rarely sweets, if ever, very little on like holidays. I eat 3 small meals (low cal., fat, carb, sugar, etc.) and 1 or 2 lite snacks and drink a lot of water each day. I also love Starbucks and get nonfat tall lattes occassionally.
Oh, one other question, I know most people get diabetes because they are very overweight, or obese, which I am obviously NOT.
But, can being very tall/thin, like me I mean be a risk factor for diabetes, and my hormonal structure, very low testosterone and high (normal) level of estrogen? Please let me know.
