    Hello there,

When it comes to how to increase your sperm count, one thing is for sure that to produce a healthy and an adequate sperm, the overall health should be perfect. You should adopt nutrients/foods that help attaining stronger, healthier ejaculations. The foods that boost testosterone may help increasing the sperm count.

When you make your food choices at the market, consider if they are good blood building foods. Maintaining a healthy digestive system is important in deriving the fullest benefit from the foods you do eat. In addition to healthy food choices you may want to add a multivitamin to your diet. This will aid in providing you with the essential nutrients for increasing male fertility.

Zinc is vital for viable sperm count, motility and a high percentage of live sperm in the semen. Foods rich in zinc such as lambs, turkeys, barley, wheat, oysters, beans, nuts, red meats, raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds are considered to be the super-foods that can help to increase the sperm count in men.

But, there are also foods you have to avoid, in order to maintain the level of your sperm count. More about them on source articles.

You could not produce sperm or semen? After ejaculation did you have a sperm count? or when you had a orgasm nothing came out?
The only way I know to improve fertility is a good diet, exercise. Don’t worry about boxers or briefs it really makes no difference

You need to consult w/a medical professional & have a complete physical exam with blood work & urine tests to receive an adequate answer to your question.
