Monthly Yeast Infections, Late Periods, & Brownish Discharge?

For about 8 months now I have been experiencing late periods. From a week late to six weeks late. When it finally arrives, it lasts about 4 days. I have also been getting a brownish discharge right around the time I should ovulate, when my period does come. AND Yeast Infection each month right around the time my period should come. I am not on any antibiotics or birth control - because we are trying to get pregnant. What is going on? I asked my doctor, & she just said it was a normal hormonal thing. But now I’m reading all this stuff about Thyroid & Diabetes causing Chronic Yeast Infections. Any insight????
I don’t wear think panties or tight fitted clothing. & I sleep in the nude….so it gets plenty of air!! LOL! My husband has not been treated. He shows no signs, if there are any in guys. But, he’s on a sub…so he’s gone most of the time. If he is home when I start experiencing symptoms, I cut off the sex until it’s all clear.
