Diabetes Go

Help me, am i okay? Tell me what you know?

Today at lunch i was in the middle of talking, and out of no were it feels like someone moved the table and i feell back and caught myself and felt dizzy for the rest of the time. I didn go to the nurse, i dont know why. But then i just felt strange all day today. (I also am getting check for diabetes cause i have all the signs if that helps) Does anyone might know what happened?
Yes i did eat lunch. I had a water, apple, goldfish and raisnets.
