Sterility is a possibility (and not just in men who’ve already had children) - a persistent high blood sugar count can damage the small blood vessels in the body (thus causing damage to eyes… feet… hands… etc).
yes. sugar can cause impotence and damage sperm that are produced, causing low mobility or even misformed sperm.
